the walking path starts in front of the ESS chalet in crans-montana. follow the yellow signs in summer and the pink signs in winter. they show you the way to chetseron, where the hotel is located.

no, the gondola ride is not included in the price of your room. you must purchase your lift pass in advance on mycma.ch, or at the ticket office. you benefit from preferential prices if you buy your package online.

if you are staying at the hotel, we will inform you by phone as soon as possible and find a solution. if you come to eat at the restaurant, we suggest you take the walking path to chetzeron.

dogs are allowed in the restaurant at lunchtime, but are neither allowed in the hotel area nor in our vehicles.

yes. thanks to our transfer service, people with reduced mobility can get to chetzeron. in addition, one of our rooms is adapted and equipped for wheelchairs.

in winter, you can go to chetzeron by gondola to cry d’er, then on skis in 3′ or on foot in 20′. in summer, take the cable car up to cry d’er and walk 20′ to the hotel. if the gondola is closed, take the footpath to chetzeron. for those who are sporty, you can also come and visit us by ski touring, snowshoeing, walking or cycling from Crans-montana.find all the information about how to get there.

for guests not staying at the hotel, the evening at chetzeron includes transfers and a 3-course meal à la carte. in winter, our caterpillars come to pick you up at crans-montana. in summer, our 4×4’s take you to plans-mayens. reservation required.
