your arrival at the hotel in winter
we kindly ask you to book your transfer or luggage transfer in advance.
to get to the right place on time, we strongly recommend you use google maps and not your car’s gps.
here are your options:
on snowshoes or ski touring
if you wish to go snowshoeing or ski touring, you can leave your labelled and packed luggage with us:
1. book your luggage transfer in advance by clicking on the e-mail confirming your booking.
2. park your vehicle in the crans-cry d’er covered car park. exit tickets at a preferential rate at the hotel reception desk.
3. deposit your luggage in the swiss ski school chalet (possible from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 15.00). luggage departure for chetzeron: 11.00 or 15.00.
4. take the footpath indicated by the pink signs to the hotel. allow around 2 hours, as the climb is 600 m.
by snowcat
1. book your transfer in advance by clicking on the e-mail confirming your booking.
2. park your vehicle in the crans-cry d’er covered car park.
3. meet in front of the swiss ski school chalet5 minutes before your reserved time.
4. get into our snowcat. departure for chetzeron: 18.00, 19.15 or 22.00.
by gondola, then on skis or on foot
1. book your luggage transfer in advance by clicking on the e-mail confirming your booking.
2. park your vehicle in the parking garage crans-cry d’er. exit tickets at a preferential rate at the hotel reception desk.
3. drop off your labelled and packed luggage at the swiss ski school chalet (possible from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 15.00). luggage departure for chetzeron: 11.00 or 15.00.
4. if you are a walker, please buy your gondola lift pass at the lift ticket office. if you are a skier, please contact the hotel or buy your lift pass in advance at www.mycma.ch to get the best rate.
5. get in our gondola and get off at the top of cry d’er (20 min by gondola).
6. follow the footpath indicated by the pink signs (20 min walk) or ski down the blue slope to the hotel.
*our snowcats are forbidden from daytime use.

your departure from the hotel in winter
on skis
1. drop off your luggage at the hotel reception desk. luggage departure for crans: 9.30, 11.30 or 13.30.
2. ski down the black or red slop to crans.
3. pick up your luggage in the swiss ski school chalet. luggage collection possible from 9.00 to 13.45 and 14.45 to 16.30.

please note that due to poor snow conditions, this option is currently not available.
1. meet in front of the hotel reception with your luggage. departure of our snowcat for crans: 17.25.
2. pick up your vehicle at crans-cry d’er covered car park.
on foot, then by gondola
1. drop off your luggage at the hotel reception. departure of luggage for crans: 9.30, 11.30 or 13.30.
2. follow the footpath indicated by the pink signs to the intermediate gondola station merbé (20 min walk).
3. get in the gondola and get off in crans (20 min by gondola). preferential rate for the gondola ride down at the hotel reception desk.
4. pick up your luggage in the swiss ski school chalet. luggage collection possible from 9.00 to 13.45 and from 14.45 to 16.30.
